TO SEEK AND TO SAVE

In the past few days, the Person of the Holy Spirit has redirected us back to the word of God as the sustainable foundation for the success and triumph of the husbandman. I pray that you will give attention to the study of the Bible, engage the ministry of the Holy Ghost and learn to do what the word of God commands.

Until the husbandman knows the provision God has made for him as the man, husband and father, he cannot tell if anything is lacking in his life. The more the husbandman studies the word of God the more he knows the perfect plans for his life. With the truth of God’s word shed in his heart, he can tell what satan, sin and the world have stolen and he will seek to find and recover.

For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost (Lk.19:10)

Jesus Christ, who is the perfect example of the good and godly husbandman came to this earth to seek and to save that which is lost. In the same vein, God has sent you to earth as the husbandman to search the Scriptures in order to know what you must seek as the good and godly man, husband and father and save yourself, wife and children.

But how do I seek and save?

The first step is to engage in a diligent search of the Scriptures.

Search the Scriptures in it ye think ye have eternal life (Jn.5:39)

The word of God is the manual of God’s vision and plan for your life as the man, husband and father. The more you study and think on the word of God, the more you know what to seek and save thereby becoming the good and godly husbandman.

The second step is to engage the force prayer (Lk.18:1, Pro.16:1, Mk.9:29, Gal.4:19).

With the word of God in your hands, you then prepare a prayer plan and pray fervently for your eyes of understanding to be opened to know your inheritances in Christ as the man, husband and father. It is the revealed truth of God’s word that empowered you not to accept anything less than what God says you are-good and godly husbandman.

Therefore, keep giving attention to the study of the word of God, keep growing in knowledge of whom God says you are and be steadfast in pursuing what is missing in your life and save what is provided for in the word of God for you. It is the pathway to becoming indeed the good and godly husbandman.

SPIRITUAL EXERCISE

• Father, in the Name of Jesus, open my eyes to discover everything that is missing in my life as the husbandman.
• Father, in the Name of Jesus, empower me to watch in prayers and intercession over my life as the man, husband and father.
• Father, in the name of Jesus, help me to remain in Your perfect will for my life as the man, husband and father.

FAITH CONFESSION

I search my Bible as way of life in order to seek God’s plan for my life and save what is provided for me as the husbandman in the word of God because that is what makes me walk in the reality of the good and godly man, husband and father in Jesus name. Amen.
