Growing into the full stature of Christ as the husbandman demands continuous learning at the feet of Jesus Christ, which means studying and listening to the word of God as a lifestyle. You must continue to search the Scriptures and learn the words of Christ.
And if any man thinks that he knoweth anything, he knoweth nothing yet as he ought to know (1Cor.8:2)
The Scripture says that if any man thinks that he knows anything, he actually doesn’t know anything yet as he ought to know because there is more to know from the word of God, hence he must continue to search and learn from the word of God.
As the husbandman, there is so much that Person of the Holy Spirit wants to help you understand from Scriptures so that you can become the good and godly man, husband and father. He is God and His ways are past finding out.
Search the Scriptures, for in them ye think ye have eternal life, and they are they which testify of me (Jn.5:39)
As the good and godly husbandman who wants to grow, develop and expand in your roles as the good and godly leader, you must continue to learn, unlearn and relearn. You must continue to seek from the word of God new ways of improving and becoming better at your leadership qualities of compassion, empathy, forgiveness, kindness, mercy, protection, provision, guidance, courage and so much more.
This is the commitment you must make today and everyday of your waking life. It is from Philippians chapter 3.
Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended, but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:4-10,13-14)
Whatever you think you know now cannot be compared to what you do not know yet and have not yet discovered in the word of God. There are new insights and truths you can get from the word of God that will help you become better.
I encourage you to develop a never-ending search of God’s perfect will for your life as the man, husband and father from the word of God-The Bible. Keep searching, keep learning, and keep obeying the word of God. It is the pathway for your growth and development as the good and godly husbandman.

SPIRITUAL EXERCISE
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, destroy the power of pride and arrogance in my life and fill me with the Spirit of grace and humility
- Father, in the name of Jesus, empower me to continue to search the Scriptures to know Your perfect will for me as the husbandman.
- Father, in the name of Jesus, empower me to do Your perfect will at all times.
FAITH CONFESSION
I keep searching the Bible, I keep learning the truth and I keep practicing what God commands me to do because that is what makes me grow into becoming the good and godly husbandman in Jesus name. Amen.
