As put to work the secrets that will make your wife and children to follow you, you must be aware that God wants you to prosper in all you do so that you can have to give to your wife and children and to humanity. Therefore, over the next few days, we shall be exploring the word of God to find out why God wants to prosper you and how He does it.
In these times, when the world faces economic challenges, including in Nigeria, what is the perfect will of God for the godly husbandman? Did you know that God wants you to succeed as the man, husband, and father? Did you also know that God wants you to live the abundant life so that through you, your wife and children, and those around you can be blessed (Gen.12:1-2, Jn.10:10)? This is the truth of Scripture that we want to explore in the next few days. I pray, in the name of Jesus Christ, that God will empower you and me to enjoy all-around success all the remaining days of 2025 and beyond. Amen.
This is God’s perfect desire for you.
I wish above all things that ye proper and be in health even as your soul prospereth (3Jn.1:2)
God wants you to live a successful life. God wants you to live a life of spiritual, mental, emotional and financial abundance. God wants you to be prosperous. God wants you to have all sufficiency in all things (2Cor.9:7-11, Pro.10:22).
What then are the principal channels to access God’s financial plans and reality for your life as the husbandman who has so many responsibilities?
One of the major channels to access God’s financial plan for your life is through your giving. Every time you give of your financial seeds cheerfully, whether to promote the kingdom of God on earth or to the course of humanity, it ascends to God as sweet smelling savour (1Kgs.3:1-3, 2Cor.9:7). So, do not lose hope when you give your tithe, offering, or any other form of giving towards the advancement of the kingdom of God, give to your parents, and those in need around you.
SPIRITUAL EXERCISE
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, baptize me with the giving grace and make me to eat the good of the land.
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, empower me to give willingly and cheerfully.
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, help me to see, recognize and apply myself to the ways You want to bless me.
FAITH CONFESSION
I am a giver and a channel of God’s blessings to humanity because that is what empowers me to continue to reign as the prosperous, good and godly husbandman in Jesus Name. Amen.
