GOD WANTS YOU TO SUCCEED IN ALL THINGS (2)

Spread the love

Bible Texts: 1Cor.3:1-3, 2Cor.9:7, Lk.6:48, Mal.3:10-14, Heb.13:8, Ps.1:1-4, Ps.23:1, 3Jn.1:2, Hag.1:17, Is.1:19, Pro.10:22, 2Cor.9:6-11

I wish above all things that ye proper and be in health even as your soul prospereth (3Jn.1:2)

Yesterday, by the help of the Person of the Holy Spirit, we understood from Scriptures that God wants the husbandman to prosper in all things so that he can be a blessing to his kingdom on earth and to your wife, children and the world. God wants you to prosper His own way because His blessings make rich and adds no sorrow to it.

What then are the principal channels to access God’s financial plans and reality for your life as the husbandman who has so many responsibilities?

One of the major channels to access God’s financial plan for your life is through your giving. Every time you give of your financial seeds cheerfully, whether to promote the kingdom of God on earth or to the course of humanity, it ascends to God as sweet smelling savour (1Kgs.3:1-3, 2Cor.9:7). So, do not lose hope when you give your tithe, offering, or any other form of giving towards the advancement of the kingdom of God, give to your parents, and those in need around you.

As the good and godly husbandman, you must understand that everything that goes from you to others is a seed. And if you have this understanding, you will be expectant of a harvest because God is a covenant keeping God.

As the earth remains, seed time and harvest shall not cease (Gen.8:22)

The harvest can come from anywhere and from anyone. All you need to do is to trust God and have unwavering faith in Him because the silver and gold are His, the earth and all that is on earth and under the earth belongs to Him (Hag.2:7-8, Ps.24:1-2). This consciousness of knowing that you are a seed-bearing agent will motivate you to always have something to give. And that is how you can expect a harvest.

I recall several years ago, while I was on my way to the state of my primary assignment as a corp (NYSC) member. I had and encounter with the Person of the Holy Spirit. He said to me “every man has something to give, however small”. From that day, I walk with this consciousness that I have a seed to give no matter how small. In one of those times while I was in church, it was time for offering. I did not have money to give so I removed a button from my shirt and put it inside an offering envelop and give it as my offering. Giving is the foundation for accessing the prosperity plan of God for your life as the good and godly husbandman.

So how does God bless you financially when you give your financial seed?

Let us continue tomorrow.

Hallelujah!
