GOD WANTS YOU TO SUCCEED IN EVERYTHING

Spread the love

Bible Texts: Gen.1:1-3, Matt.5:14-16, Gen.12:1-3, Rom.8:19, Matt.16:19, Philp.4:8, 2Tim.2:15, 1Tim.4:8, Pro.27:17, Matt.6:10, Gen.12:2-3

The teaching today is to give the husbandman hope and the assurance of faith that God wants the best for him. As the good and godly husbandman, as you live by faith in God and in His Word, God wants you to prosper in your spirit, soul and body (3Jn.1:2).

Now, let us look into the Word of God to find out God’s perfect will for your life, which Jesus Christ paid for with His precious blood on the Cross of Calvary.

Firstly, God wants you to be healthy in your spirit man (Philp.3:10). God wants you to know Him better and deeper. God wants you to have a growing and stronger relationship with Him.

Secondly, God wants you to be rich mentally (2Tim.2:15). God wants you to pursue and invest in the area of your pursuit through studying, learning and re-learning.

Thirdly, God wants you to create and have a physically sound body (1Tim.4:8). God wants you to eat the right quantity and quality of food. God doesn’t want you to eat junk foods and involve yourself in ungodly appetites and indulgencies.

Fourthly, God wants you to create and have a socially responsible life by building healthy, good and godly relationships with people (Pro.27:17).

Fifthly, God wants you to create and have a community-like mindset (Gen.12:2, Matt.5:14-16). God wants you to contribute to the development of your immediate community and make the world a better place.

Finally, God wants you to create and have a good and godly legacy (Gen.12:3). God wants your works to speak and continue to speak of His goodness here on earth and in the lives of the people after you have left the earth.

As the husbandman, you are created in the image and likeness of God. And because you have the nature of God in you, you have been empowered by the Spirit of God to fulfill the perfect will of God for your life as the good and godly man, husband, and father.

Hallelujah!
