DAY 18 of FASTING AND PRAYER
Bible Texts: Is.1:19, Num.6:22-26, 2Tim.2:6, Mk.10:16, Ps.139:14, Matt.6:21, 1Tim.6:17, Eph.5:16, Philp.1:19
As the husbandman, God wants you to be blessed and to enjoy the treasures of the land where you live because there is good in the land. But you must realign your confession with the word of God.
Several months ago, the Person of the Holy Spirit spoke these words to me. “The land you curse cannot bless you”. It was so strong in my heart that it strengthened my commitment to continue to bless the land where I live, so I can eat the fruit thereof.
And today, I am persuaded by the Person of the Holy Spirit to reinforce this truth of Scripture for your blessing as the good and godly husbandman.
If thou be willing and obedient, thou shall eat the good of the land (Is.1:19)
The word of God says you shall eat the good of the land if you are willing and obedient to do what is right from the word of God. And one of the right things you must do is to bless the land where you live, rather than curse it. The country, state, or location where you live is a good land. There are treasures in them (Is.60:11). If you curse the land, you cannot eat the good of the land. But if you bless the land and you willingly and obediently do what God commands you to do, you will enjoy the fruits thereof.
So, what do I do to access the good of the land?
Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also (Matt.6:21)
Firstly, you must recognize that the country where you live, your wife and your children are good treasures. So, treasure them.
God has given us all things to enjoy (1Tim.6:17)
Secondly, you must also accept that God brought you to the land where you are, so you enjoy the good of the land.
However, you must understand that it is the Spirit of Christ that empowers for faith and bold declaration.
For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ (Philp.1:19)
The Spirit of Jesus Christ empowers you to bless and not curse. And as the good and godly husbandman, you must desire and thirst for the Spirit of Christ to be rooted in your heart so you able to see the good in your country, in your wife and in children, and bless and curse them.
Therefore, bless your country, bless your city, bless your wife and bless your children.

SPIRITUAL EXERCISE
- Father, in the name of Jesus, forgive me for cursing my country, wife and children openly and in my heart.
- Father, in the name of Jesus, empower my tongue to speak graceful words secretly and openly concerning my wife and children and country.
- Father, in the name of Jesus, empower me to be a blessing to my wife, children and nation and make me eat the good in them.
FAITH CONFESSION
My wife, children and country are gifts from God and therefore, I bless them and not curse them because that is what makes me eat the good in them as the good and godly husbandman in Jesus name. Amen

Now that you have read the devotional, it is very important for you to have a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. It is the first step in your walk of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost.
Please, pray this prayer in faith.
Lord, Jesus, I come to you today, just as I am. I acknowledge that I have fallen short of Your glory. I ask for Your forgiveness of my sins today. I invite You into my life to be my Lord and Saviour. Thank You for saving my life.
