Bible Texts: Gal.5:1, Rom.:1, 2Cor.5:17, Jn.10:10, Ps.133:2, Jn.8:32, Rom.6:18, 1Pet.2:16, Acts 15:10, Eph.5:25, Rom.5:5, Eph.6:4, Col.3:16

Today’s message is for a husbandman who is living in regrets and guilt, and it is negatively affecting his relationship with God, his wife and children. Jesus Christ doesn’t want you to live in regrets, notwithstanding how terrible your past may be or the gravity of the mistakes you may have made. Jesus Christ has set you free from guilt and condemnation (Rom.8:1).

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage (Gal.5:1)

As the husbandman, God wants you to stand firm and hold onto the freedom Christ has procured for you through His death and resurrection. God doesn’t want you to be bound by your past mistakes anymore. Jesus Christ has freed you from guilt.

Perhaps you have taken actions or said words that you regret and feel guilty about. God doesn’t want you to live in regret; He wants you to repent and make amends and walk in the newness of life in Christ Jesus (2Cor.5:17).

Now, for you to stand firm and fast in the liberty wherewith Christ has freed you, you must have and continue to maintain a personal relationship with the Person of Jesus Christ by renewing your mind and walking in the newness of life in Christ Jesus and fellowshipping with Him in truth and in Spirit (Ps.133:2, 2Cor.5:17, Jn.3:3-7). You must study the Word of God and allow the word to dominate your thoughts, actions and conduct as a way of life (Col.3:16). You must continue to declare by faith what Christ has freed you from and confess your new life in Christ, regardless of the situations (Rom.10:10).

God wants you to be good and godly. God wants you to have a quality and healthy relationships with Him, your wife and children. Therefore, stand fast and firm in the perfect will of God for your life as the man, husband and father, and walk in the light of the freedom in Christ Jesus.

Hallelujah!
