Praise be unto Jesus Christ, our Saviour for bringing us to the last day in the month of November 2024. For all that He has done for us, with us and through us, we return all the glory and praise to Him.
Today, being the last day of the month, I want you to remember this truth from the word of God and let the power of the word reign in your life. It is the power of salvation that Christ secured for you.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you (1Pet.1:3-4)
As the good and godly husbandman, the Bible says that the resurrection of Jesus Christ brings mercy to you. Hence, if you are falling short in your responsibilities as the man, husband and father or struggling to do those things that please God, His mercy is available for you through salvation in Jesus, who is the perfect example of the good and godly husbandman (1Pet.1:3a).
Your salvation in Jesus Christ brings you abundance of God’s grace and mercy, hence you can live the abundant life as the good and godly husbandman (Jn.10:10)
Salvation through Jesus Christ also gives you an inheritance both here on earth and hereafter.
To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you (1Pet.1:4b)
As the good and godly husbandman, you must understand that salvation in Jesus Christ offers you the opportunity to move from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of God through His Son, Jesus Christ. Giving your life to Jesus Christ by inviting Him into your life as your Lord and Personal Saviour empowers you to live the life of the good and godly husbandman (Gal.4:19, Philp.2:13, Jn.15:5, Mk.9:27-29, Lk.18:1). That is how powerful the resurrection and the life of Jesus Christ is to you.
Therefore, work out your salvation with fear and trembling in the fear and admonition of the Lord Jesus Christ.

SPIRITUAL EXERCISE
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, thank You for the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, thank You for the blessing of salvation.
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, empower me to function in my calling as the husbandman by the power of Christ’s resurrection.
FAITH CONFESSION
I am begotten again by the resurrection power of Jesus Christ into a lively hope and by salvation I am made into the good and godly man, husband and father in Jesus name. Amen.
