For the WORD OF GOD is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow and is a discerned of the thoughts and intents of the heart (Heb.4:12)
Yesterday, we discover from the Bible that the word of God is the most potent weapon the husbandman needs to live a victorious life as the good and godly man, husband and father.
But how powerful is the word of God that gives me victory as the husbandman?
God’s word renews (Rom.12:1-3)
The word of God renews your mind so that you think, act and conduct yourself after the pattern of Jesus Christ.
God’s word sets you free (Jn.8:32)
The word of God carries the powerful Spirit of God behind it, hence it can set you free from satan, sin, addictions and all form of ungodly habits. In Ezekiel chapter 2 and verse 2, the Scripture says, and the spirit entered into me when the Lord spake unto me. Every time you study the word of God and believe what it says, the spirit of God enters into you to make you become like the word says.
God’s word gives life and sanctifies (Jn.5:39)
The word of God is life giving and has cleansing power. The life God wants you to live as the good and godly man, husband and father is painted in Scriptures. The more you give attention to the word of God and commit to doing all that it says, the more you will live a life well-pleasing to God on earth and also enjoy eternity.
But for you to always win with the word of God, you must have a personal relationship with the word of God through Jesus Christ (Jn.3:3-6, 2Cor.5:17). Secondly, you must study the word of God to know and be ready to do all that the word commands (2Tim.2:15). Thirdly, you must trust the word of God and believe that it is true (Heb.11:6). Finally, you must remain steadfast in the word, regardless of any unpleasant challenges that may be happening to you or between you and your wife and children (Matt.6:22).
The word of God will always guarantee you success and victory as you lead your life and the lives of your wife and children. The word of God will always make a way of escape for you through the challenges of life. The word of God is life. It is the weapon of warfare and it is available for your taking. Start engaging with the word of God because it is your sure bet to a victorious life as the good and godly husbandman.

- Father, in the Name of Jesus, make me a word addict and let Your word dominate my life.
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, make Your word potent and fruitful in my life.
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, make Your word to be fruitful in the lives of my life and in the lives of my wife and children.
FAITH CONFESSION
I engage with the word of God passionately, I believe what it says and act exactly as it commands because it is life-giving to my walk as the good and godly husbandman in Jesus name. Amen.
