One truth you and I must accept as husbandmen is that God wants us to prosper so we can be a blessing to our families and our communities, so that He will receive all the glory and praise. In 3rd John and the first Chapter, see what the Word of God says.
Dearly beloved, I wish above all things that ye prosper and be in health even as your soul prospereth (3Jn.1:3).
God’s prosperity for you as the husbandman is unquestionable. It is your heritage as the good and godly husbandman. So don’t be confused. These are the areas God wants you to prosper, and as you examine these aspects of your life and you discover that you are not seeing evidence of God’s prosperity plan, then engage the covenant (Gen.8:22). Praise God!
God wants you to prosper in your spirit man by growing in the knowledge of Who He is (Philp.3:10). So, you must keep investing your time, money and relationship in search of the truth of God and His Word.
God wants you to prosper mentally (2Tim.2:15). And this requires you to work with the Person of the Holy Spirit to guide you, teach you and direct your studying and learning of the Word of God and other anointed materials that strengthen your emotional stability.
God wants you to have a physically sound and healthy body (1Tim.4:8). This demands that you eat the right quantity and quality of food.
As the good and godly husbandman, you must take personal responsibility to engage with covenant practices and kingdom principles to enjoy the prosperity plan of God for your life.

SPIRITUAL EXERCISE
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, thank You for making me the good and godly husbandman.
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, empower me to invest in and be fruitful in the six areas of my total person.
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, empower me to become the good and godly man, husband and father.
FAITH CONFESSION
I take personal responsibility to invest in and I receive help from God Almighty to be fruitful in the six (6) areas of my life as a total man because I long for the fullness of the life of the good and godly husbandman in Jesus name. Amen.
PRAYER OF SALVATION/REDEDICATION
Now that you have read the devotional, you need to have a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ (1Tim.2:4). It is the first step in your walk of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
Please, pray this prayer of salvation in faith.
Lord Jesus, I come to you today just as I am. I acknowledge that I have fallen short of Your glory. I ask for Your forgiveness of my sins today. I invite You into my life to be my Lord and Saviour. Thank You for saving my life.
