Over the past 48 hours my health was challenged, but thanks be to God who heals and restores health and wholeness. To the glory of Jesus Christ, I am healed and back on my feet to do the work of Jesus Christ towards raising good and godly husbandmen around the world. This is why the teaching for Thursday and Friday was not done and posted. I want to appreciate those who called and prayed. May the Lord Jesus bless you richly. Amen.
Today, I want us to examine the power God has deposited inside the good and godly husbandman, which empowers him to make his wife and children become what God has created them to be and fulfill their glorious destinies.
So God created man in his image, in the image of God created he him male and female created he them (Gen.1:27)
God has creative power so, He created you in His image and likeness. And this same power has He given to the husbandman (Lk.10:19).
Everyone that Jesus Christ, the perfect example of the good and godly husbandman, met, He did not leave them the same way He met them. When He met Simon, a stark fisherman, He transformed him and made him Peter, the rock. When He met the woman caught in the very act of adultery, He made her a woman whose sins were forgiven. When He met the Samaritan woman at the well, He made her an evangelist who went to the city to tell them about Jesus. That is what God wants you to be to your wife and your children. God wants you to create and recreate their lives.
Your association with your wife and children is to make them into the image and likeness of God. Just as Jesus did not like what He saw in the lives of those He met and decided to do something positive about it, you can also do something positive about what you don’t like about your wife and children by creating in them what you want to see rather than complain and murmur.
But for you to exercise the creative power of God in you, you must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, the Head of the husbandman (1Cor.11:3). You must accept Him as your Lord and Personal Saviour (Acts 10:36). You must also continue to see your wife and children with the eyes of faith in God and in His Word. God sees them as precious gifts. He sees them as His image, whether you have all females or all males as children, together with your wife. This is why the Scripture tells us that, they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Ps.139:14). And in 1Pet.2, the word describes them as …… a chosen generation, a royal priesthood….a peculiar people (1Pet.2:9). The third step you must take is for you to have a mental picture or vision of what you want to see in your wife and children from the Word of God and invest your all into it- your time, money, energy, spirit, soul and body.
Your wife and children are good investment stock, give it your all.

SPIRITUAL EXERCISE
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, empower me to bring out the best of my wife and my children.
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, teach me how to make my wife and children peculiar people on earth.
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, help me not to depreciate my wife and children but to continue to add value to their lives.
FAITH CONFESSION
I commit to keep investing my resources into the lives of my wife and children so they become peculiar people on earth in Jesus Name. Amen.
PRAYER OF SALVATION/REDEDICATION
Now that you have read the devotional, you need to have a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ (1Tim.2:4). It is the first step in your walk of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
Please, pray this prayer of salvation in faith.
Lord Jesus, I come to you today just as I am. I acknowledge that I have fallen short of Your glory. I ask for Your forgiveness of my sins today. I invite You into my life to be my Lord and Saviour. Thank You for saving my life.
