DAY 39 of FASTING AND PRAYER

Yesterday, we discovered from the Word of God the authority and power God has bestowed on the father and he can exercise it for the blessing of his children.
Today, let us go deeper into understanding the authority and power of the father. One important responsibility you must take as the father is to create the environment for your wife and children to prosper (Num.30:1-end, Eph.5:25, Eph.6:4).
As the good and godly father, you must create the right environment for your wife and children to grow and be developed spiritually, emotionally, physically, mentally and financially. You must create the environment for your wife and children to demonstrate the virtues of Christ, which are compassion, kindness, goodwill, faithfulness, trust, patience, forgiveness, mercy, and support.
If you create an environment of bitterness, malice, hatred, bad will, mental torture, blackmail, physical abuse, unfaithfulness and unforgiveness, you will surely have a wife and children who will manifest this ungodly conduct.
Husbands, likewise dwell with them with understanding, giving honour to the wife as to the weaker vessel…(1Pet.3:7) NKJV
The word of God says that you must dwell with your wife with understanding by giving honour to her. God did not ask you to dishonor your wife.
Always remember that the kind of environment you create for your wife and children as their father determines the outcomes you get from them.
So, you have to make a decision today to give honour to your wife. You must also commit to creating the environment for your children, so they can be nurtured in the way and admonition of the Lord.

SPIRITUAL EXERCISE
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, deliver me from the traditions and culture of man.
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, teach me how to create good and godly environment for my wife and children to flourish.
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, make me a fruitful vine in the lives of my wife and children.
FAITH CONFESSION
I take responsibility to create and continue to recreate a good and godly environment for my wife and children to be their best because that is my heritage as the good and godly husbandman in Jesus name. Amen.

Lord, Jesus, I come to you today, just as I am. I acknowledge that I have fallen short of Your glory. I ask for Your forgiveness of my sins today. I invite You into my life to be my Lord and Saviour. Thank You for saving my life.

- Father, in the Name of Jesus, whoever, digs the pit of sickness and disease for me and my family, let them fall into it.
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, make me stronger and fitter in the year 2026 than I was in 2025
