Today’s teaching is to elevate your authority and power beyond being a provider to also being a gatekeeper. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ that you will keep watch over the gate of your family so that satan, sin and the world shall not gain access to destroy your wife, your children and your home. Amen.
And he called them unto him and said unto them in parables, how can satan cast out satan? And if a KINGDOM be divided against itself, that KINGDOM cannot stand. And if a HOUSE be divided against itself, that HOUSE cannot stand. And if satan rises up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end. NO MAN CAN ENTER INTO A STRONG MAN’S HOUSE, AND SPOIL HIS GOODS, EXCEPT HE WILL FIRST BIND THE STRONG MAN, AND THEN HE WILL SPOIL HIS HOUSE (Mk.3:23-27)
The Scripture speaks of the strong man, his house, and his goods. By revelation, the strong man is the shepherd, his house is his home, and his goods are his wife and children. And by divine commandment, no one can gain access to the strong man’s house except he is bound. But glory be to Jesus Christ, Who has made the strong man more than a conqueror.
As the good shepherd, God has given you the authority and power to stop any form of interruptions, distractions and defilement from satan, sin and the world systems from entering your home (LK.10:19). You can stop any form of ungodly influence from having its foothold on your wife and your children (Eph.2:2). Infact you have the final say over who or what is permitted into your home, and into the lives of your wife and your children because you are in charge by the mandate of heaven.
As the husbandman, God has called you unto greater responsibilities. He has also empowered you with power and authority to keep and secure your sheep and sheepfold from the influences of satan, sin and the world (Jn.10:29). You must keep exercising your authority and power so you can shield your wife, your children, and your home from the influences of satan, sin and the world.

SPIRITUAL EXERCISE
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, deliver me from spiritual slumber and awaken me unto spiritual fervency.
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, empower me to be strong and give me courage to defend my home, my wife and my children from the influences of satan, sin and the world.
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, empower me to be spiritually awake so I can guard and guide my home, my wife and my children continually in the way and admonition of the Lord.
FAITH CONFESSION
I am the good shepherd, and I keep my sheep and sheepfold safe and secured from the influences of satan, sin and the world systems because that is what makes me the good and godly husbandman in Jesus Name. Amen.
