As the good and godly husbandman, knowing the perfect will of God for your life is the key to living the abundant life that Jesus Christ died for. Again, God wants you to be a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to Him through Jesus Christ (Rom.12:1-3). God is interested in you and wants a quality relationship with you so that He can make you into the good and godly man, husband and father that He had planned for you from the foundation of the world. This is why God is asking you to come to Him today and give Him your heart.
My son, give me thine heart and let thine eyes observe my ways (Pr.23:26)
God says, my son, give me your life by giving me first place in your heart because He is interested in you and wants you to be continually in His sheepfold (Jn.10:1-3).
But why does God want me to give Him first place in my heart?
God wants your heart so that He can feed it with gracious seeds that will mold you to have self-control over your will and emotions. God also wants your heart so that He can whisper to you His wisdom on how to respond to the issues of life. God wants your heart so that He can clean you up from every form of filthiness (2Cor.7:1).
Your heavenly Father wants the best for you, and so giving Him your heart and allowing Him to have His way will be your joy and profit.
Therefore, give God your life today, and He will help you to reorder your thoughts, words, actions, and conduct to make them fit into His perfect will for your life as the good and godly man, husband, and father.

SPIRITUAL EXERCISE
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, forgive me for not giving You the rightful place in my life.
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, I give You my heart and invite You to be the Lord of my life.
- Father, in the Name of Jesus, empower me to be the good and godly example to You and to others.
FAITH CONFESSION
I give my heart to Jesus today so that He can be Lord over my life because I want my thought, will, emotion, conduct and responses to reflect the true nature of the good and godly husbandman in Jesus name. Amen
