BE TRANSFORMED AND NOT CONFORMED

Spread the love

Bible Texts: Eph.4:22-29, Matt.12:34, Rom.5:5, Jn.14:26, Philp.4:8, Philp.2:5, Rom.12:2, Ps.1:1, Acts 2:1-4, Lk.18:1, Mk.9:23, Gal.4:19, Philp.2:13

As the good and godly husbandman, God does not want you to conform to this world and its ideologies, but He wants you to be transformed into the image and likeness of His Son, Jesus Christ, who is the perfect example of the good and godly husbandman.

And be not conformed to this world but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God (Rom.12:2)

You are not a conformist husbandman, but a transformist. What this means is that you are a change agent and a light in your home (Matt.5:14-16). Your attitude, conduct, actions and words must keep growing in the truth and knowledge of God, and not subject to the rudiments of this world (Ps.1:1-3).

But for your life to be transformed, you must be renewing your mind by the Word of God and other anointed materials with proven testimonies.

As the husbandman, please acknowledge that you need help and take steps to change. The change you want to see happen in your life may be the way you talk or your inability to control your anger, your emotions, or your appetite for food, sex, power, and money. Once you have identified the area or areas of your life that are yet to be transformed into the life of Christ, you then search for the answers in the Word of God and pray fervently, believing (Heb.11:1-6).

You must keep thinking on the Word of God that you have discovered and keep declaring what the Word says about you.

The peace, joy and progress you want to experience in your life and in your relationship with your wife and your children start with the quality of your life. The more you are transformed by the Word of God, the more you reflect the nature of Jesus Christ to your wife and your children. That is what makes you the good and godly husbandman.

Hallelujah!
