TEMPERANCE EXERCISE

What is TEMPERANCE?

It is the practice of being reasonable and able to control your behavior. It is also called moderation. Your ability to control yourself in the face of obvious things that would make you angry is your test of maturity.

Being temperate is a spirit. Being angry is also a spirit. You can quench the flame of your hot temper by walking in love. Your ability to control your behavior both in positive or negative circumstances puts you in command of life and helps you to make right judgments. Being temperate is an indication that you are a good husband.

Your reasonableness is the icing on the cake of your call to husbandhood in God.

SPIRITUAL EXERCISE

I live in moderation from today forward for the next 30 days.
