You must appreciate and accept the truth of God’s word that you are the overseer over sheep and the sheepfold. And as a steward, God will hold you responsible and accountable for the management and influence of the sheep. So you must work hard to obtain commendation of your master, Jesus Christ, the perfect example of a good and godly husband.

It is that same knowledge that empowers you to stand for what is right notwithstanding the cost. It is the knowledge of the truth that sets you free from every trap of the devil to make you unfit as a man, husband and father.

He has laid a way for you from His word-the Bible- how you are expected to relate with your wife and children because His ways are ways of pleasantness.

So, if you want your sheep and the people around you to notice the life of Jesus through you and bring glory to His name, you must deliberately sign up for apprenticeship with Jesus Christ.
