God does not want you to lead your flock ignorantly because that is what satan uses to hold you bondage. Satan, your adversary, thrives on ignorance; he takes advantage of people who do not know. This is why it is very important for you to continue to increase in the knowledge of the truth about your position as the head of your family and the leader in your family-fold
